Rusty Mangrum Nursery is a wholesale grower of many types of nursery plants. What started out as propagating shrubs in sand beds 30+ years ago has grown to producing fruit trees, shade and ornamental trees, seedlings, plug tray liners and a limited amount of container grown plants. 95% of what we grow is taken up as bareroot.

We begin digging plants each year after they have gone dormant which is usually around mid November here in Tennessee. Each day after plants are dug we transport them to the packing barn where they are then watered down well, quickly graded and tied up 10 per bundle, per size, per variety. Then they are stacked and frequently watered until the day they are shipped out.

We take extreme care to ship the highest of quality plants. We stay in business and continue to grow because we concentrate on offering quality plants at fair, honest prices.
